From RT 128/I 95

From 128 North or South take exit #29 "Arlington/Cambridge" which puts you on RT 2 East.  Follow RT2 East to Alewife Brook Parkway RT 16.  Bear right onto Alewife Brook Parkway.  Pass the T station and continue through 2 sets of lights to the rotary at Concord Ave.  Go left to the next rotary and take right on New Street.  Parking lot is on the right.
